The grounding monitoring apparatus provides electrostatic cracking of tank containers, tank trucks, tank trucks, railway vehicles and GRC during loading flammable liquids and powdery goods. At the same time, the device monitors the state of electrostatic grounding. It is thus sure that the electrostatic load remains at a level and there is no risk of explosion due to an uncontrolled discharge of this energy.
