The tracking system operates autonomously, 24 hours a day, without the need for an operator. It evaluates in real time parameters such as wind speed, the presence of hazardous substances, etc.
The acoustic warning system covers both the port and its surroundings with the warning signal. It is used to:

THE COMPONENTS OF THIS ALERT SYSTEM
EMA COMPACT TRACKING POST
The system measures the monitored parameters continuously or at regular intervals in order to assess risks. If limit values are detected, these are transmitted to the alert control centre and to portable control stations.
SPECIALIZED SENSORS
They monitor different parameters such as levels, weather conditions, the presence of hazardous substances in the air and other criteria.
ELECTRIC SIRENS
The sirens cover a wide area with their sound signal, while providing good intelligibility when reproducing speech. Each siren can be activated individually or in groups, and can be controlled locally or remotely from the control center.
COMMAND CENTER
The system is equipped with either the OCP16 dispatching console or Vektra® software applications. In case of an exceptional situation, it automatically activates warnings and alerts. All the technology used is highly reliable and worthy of being saved.
COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
This system allows communication between the control center and other elements of the warning system. It also allows the port warning system to be connected to higher warning systems.
