THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ALERT SYSTEM
Nature is becoming more and more unpredictable, exerting its power through natural elements that threaten our planet. Disaster scenarios are written almost every day and affect people wherever they are, regardless of the situation they are in and regardless of their preparation for what is to come. Early warning and notification systems mainly include sound warning components such as electronic sirens and monitoring systems with sensors. Thanks to these components, losses can be significantly reduced, at least in human life.
THE RIGHT SOLUTION
Telegrafia's early warning system for natural disaster prevention (tsunamis, fires, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes) is designed as a state-of-the-art system, covering large impassable areas with sirens. They can be connected to a variety of existing monitoring systems such as weather, underwater seismic, sea level or river gauges. The system is equipped with Vektra® software application modules for various system elements (alarms, notifications, SCADA). All sirens are activated automatically by the Vektra® Alert application when the Vektra® SCADA software detects a problem or danger. At the same time, a capable person (usually a first responder or rescuer) is informed of the emergency by voice or text message via the Vektra® Notification application.

THE MONITORING SYSTEM
The monitoring system consists of a set of sensors corresponding to a specific solution of protection against one of the natural elements. Whatever the natural disaster, the sensors can be connected to the Pavian sirens.
THE CONTROL CENTER
Each control center has a Vektra® software application that collects, analyzes and evaluates all data obtained from the sensors. It also automatically activates warning or notification modules.
PAVIAN ELECTRONIC SIRENS
Pavian electronic sirens provide a wide range of acoustic signals regardless of location. The breadth of coverage is complemented by excellent intelligibility in speech reproduction.
COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
The communication infrastructure allows the interconnection of this system with third-party systems. It also ensures communication between the control center and the components of the alert, notification and monitoring system.
THE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
Responsible persons are informed of the occurrence of an emergency situation and are summoned to their place of work and to the place of rescue operations if necessary.
